企画及び仕様に合わせてパターン作成。 サイズグレーデイング、マーカーはcomputerで 一気に仕上げます。マーカーにしたがって カッティング開始です。普通のT-shirtsなら 1回に最大600pcs分くらいまで一気に カットすることが出来ます。 Patterns made to customers' specifications. From markers to grading, everything is done on a computer for maximum efficiency. Cutting is done in bulk to save time too!

カットされたパーツを商品にしていきます。 Overlock, Coverstitch, Single Stitch等の ベーシックなミシンも豊富に完備、どんな ニーズにも可能な限り実現できるシステムが 整っている。 By using our most basic machines, we can take the cut pieces to create garments. We also have other specialized machines as well to take care of all of our customers needs.

１pcのサンプルから大量の商品まで企画の 仕様に あわせて染めていきます。 Garment dye は白い生地を 商品にしてから 染めるので１色の生地minimumが 少なくても okです。 From sample lab dips to full on production quantity, dye inks can be mixed to your choice of color.

縫い、染めのあがった商品は１pc１pc丹念に trim され、厳密に検品されます。仕上げの 仕様に合わせてスチーム、アイロン加工をする ことも可能です。 From trimming, ironing to inspection. We provide full quality control service from start to finish.
